Bridging the gap between therapy and exercise. Through the years in the health and fitness industry, I have noticed a gap between physical therapy and daily life/sport. The term “functional” according to the Western medical system may not necessarily coincide with your opinion of “functional”. If you are still recovering from your surgery and are not satisfied with your progression, I will give you direction and advice that is based upon your needs and goals.
