Quitting is never an option and your physical fitness must be such that you can endure intense training without injury. You are dedicated to excelling through the ranks, or maybe you are already a high-ranking officer, and must manage mental and physiological stress well. I value your dedication to our freedom.
Knowledge and Experience. I have worked with young men who’s dream is to be a Navy Seal and, with the help of my expert team, made it through hell week injury free. I have worked with Colonel Lieutenants who have to maintain a high level of physical fitness to be a strong role model and leader. I have worked with injuries such as broken backs and legs, torn muscles and concussions. I have the knowledge and experience to serve you well.
Decrease risk of injury. Muscles are the primary stabilizers of your joints. If there is an imbalance or weakness in the supporting musculature, that joint will become vulnerable to injury. I catch this imbalance and quickly eliminate it before you get injured!
Your recovery time will decrease. Functioning optimally with a strong and balanced body will allow you to recover faster. The intensity and/or frequency of your training can increase due to faster recovery time.
Get more from your training. If your body is not functioning optimally due to past injuries or imbalances, you will have to train harder to get the same results compared to someone who is efficient. I will restore natural function and efficient movement to make sure you are getting the most from your training.
